Your stay in the Lady Guinevere Suite The fragrant cedar-built Lady Guinevere tree house is a private getaway, luxurious bedroom and fantasy dream world all embraced by the strong arms of a magnificent tree just a hundred yards from the hotel. Cool in the summer and cosy-warm in the winter, it is the very first hotel room in a tree house in England & Wales. As well as having its own balcony where you can dine in discreet privacy amongst the leaves and branches of your host tree, you can enjoy champagne and chocolates on your arrival. John Sykes, the entirely original, extraordinary and engaging owner, came up with the idea for the tree house, and with his customary vision and totally unique approach to hospitality, took the trouble to include a sizeable hammock for guests to cuddle up and collapse in, as well as a boot locker with wellies of all sizes so you can walk around the grounds and enjoy a good walk without messing up your best shoes.
